Delivered via Dropbox folder link, and zipped file link. Larger and smaller properties pricing will be based on size, number of photos needed to capture property, amenities, etc.
matterport VR Tour $100+
~2,000 sq.ft. property. Hosting with MLS and Branded links, automated highlight tour walkthrough, and exterior 360s for most exterior entries. Optional face blur for most detected personal photos, and additional "mattertagging" available. See it in action. Floorplans available after Matterport scan for an additional fee.
Drone photos $50+
Elevated street views and 'top down' property images as well or whatever works best for your listing. I can also add marker and annotations for area locations that are relevant.
Invoicing is emailed via Quickbooks with several payment options after delivery
